Quickly enough I discovered a massive flaw in the concept, it didn’t work! What was wrong was the the inexperienced staff didn’t understand the concepts because they had no experience of the environment. The training material used by these people just wasn’t up to scratch. So based on the rapid requirement and current position, I agreed to use my material a process developed over twenty years called ERROR FREE for the period of the contract. In exchange for the continued use of the ERROR FREE training material the director invited me to become a shareholder and Director of SOS School of Sales.
By 2007 SOS School of Sales was the preferred supplier of staff to companies like Dell, Oracle, Business Objects, New Horizons Ireland, 98 FM and Ashville Media. We didn’t just out perform the inexperienced staff without training we out performed the experienced staff with other providers training in every single client company.
I suffered a short illness in 2007 leading to my resignation as an executive director and subsequently sold my share in SOS. I have sense rewritten the ERROR FREE Sales Process and offers this New Process the EDUCATION Sales Process.
