Who and What exactly is Contact Ignition?

The who answer is an easy one, Contact Ignition is Ronald Cameron Hughes, me, I am well  known in Contact / Call Centres throughout Ireland the UK and Europe. I am the founder of CCMA Ireland the not for profit organisation that support excellence in the Contact / Call Centre industry throughout Ireland for both indigenous and multinational Contract Centres. I immigrated to Europe in the middle 1980’s with 8 year of telemarketing experience under my belt, making me even then one of Europe’s most diversely skills experts.

I am not your run of the mill trainer or consultant, all of my materials are unique and come from a vast amount of study and experimentation, a natural skeptic I seeks to understand why and how training works before undertaking someone else’s materials.  Much of my material would have been validated in real life Centres with multiple organisation over the last twenty years.
