The answer to who is an easy one, Contact Ignition is Ronald C Hughes, me, I’m well known in Contact / Call Centres throughout Ireland the UK and Europe. I am the founder of CCMA Ireland the not for profit organisation that support excellence in the Contact / Call Centre industry throughout Ireland for both indigenous and multinational Contract Centres. I immigrated to Europe in the middle 1980’s with 8 year of telemarketing experience under my belt, making me even then one of Europe’s most diversely skills experts. I am not your run of the mill trainer or consultant, all of my materials are unique and come from a vast amount of study and experimentation, as a natural sceptic I seeks to understand why and how training works before undertaking someone else’s materials. I am working with Identity Structure Analysis (ISA) to analysis teams and understand how to build better teams.
